Holding a Master of Arts in Student Personnel Administration & Counseling Psychology from Slippery Rock University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University, Stephanie Seibel has carved an influential path in the nonprofit sector, utilizing her educational expertise to shape holistic programs and initiatives.

In the earlier stages of her career, Stephanie worked at esteemed institutions such as ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and Lynn University, where her impactful contributions in various capacities further underscored her commitment to community betterment and philanthropic endeavors.

Stephanie’s professional journey deeply involved her in community welfare and bettering outcomes for children and families. Having held pivotal roles at the Achievement Centers for Children & Families for nearly two decades, including CEO of both the Center and its Foundation, Stephanie’s leadership transformed the organization from a modest childcare center to a beacon of quality early learning and out-of-school time programs, family support, and community engagement. Her dedication is evident in her efforts to foster environments where children can soar to their highest potential, bolstered by the support of their families.

Stephanie and her husband, Dale, have two daughters and have been proud residents of the Delray Beach area for 25 years.
